Monitor blinking blue..endlessly

Hello,
This morning I woke up and turned on my PC. When I turned on the power, the monitor was blinking blue. I tried moving the mouse and tapping keys to get a response but nothing. The monitor just keeps blinking blue on the power button of the monitor.( Screen is black ). Also, I turned off my PC. And the monitor was still blinking blue. Is It my monitor? The monitor is an old acer. I don't want to buy another monitor unless it's broken or unusable.

Unplug the monitor power from the wall for a min or 2 then plug it back in and turn on the monitor then the PC.

I tested my PC on another monitor and it works so the problem was with my old monitor. I'll just buy another monitor. Thanks for the help anyways!
