Monitor Blinking Problem

I have a acer S2 Series 23" Widescreen Flat-Panel LED Monitor ( http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Acer+-+S2+Series+23%22+Widescreen+Flat-Panel+LED+Monitor/1804306.p?id=1218293491009&skuId=1804306&cmp=RMX ). I bought it about two months ago and have had no problems up to now. Starting last night, when ever I would watch videos on it, it would blink, just once, like it was getting ready to play the video. Once I closed the window with the video, it would do it again. Before this happened last night, I downloaded a driver update for my graphics card, a GTX 560 ti ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130604 ) . I feel like that probably is the problem, but I don't know what to do to fix it. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

So I tried rolling back my drivers, and that did nothing. I reinstalled my graphics card, which also did nothing.

Also tested it on my wife's laptop and had none of the issues its having with my desktop
