Question Monitor blinks multiple times before booting ?

Monitor blinks multiple (1 to 7) times before booting. I used to have an MSI mobo with debug LED. When this thing occurred the LED would always light up for VGA. I have tested the components individually with another system and they worked fine. After that, I changed my mobo and the problem was gone but after changing some RAM settings in the BIOS it came back out of nowhere. Even after clearing the BIOS setting, the problem persists.

System configuration:

Asrock A320M HDV R4.0
Ryzen 5 1400
2x8 GB DDR4
GTX 1050 ti

Any help is appreciated.

Mean a small cursor or the whole screen?
After this the pc will work?

Tested ram with memtest86?
MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool
if both seem to work together at least try each on it's own as well, all for at least 4 passes.
