Monitor Blue verticle line problem

I have had this monitor (HP Pavilion 23xi) for a while now and about an inch to the left from the center, a small veritical blue line, no more than a centimeter or two bigger appeared on the screen. Is this something that I can fix?

sounds like the screen is pealing from the board, in which case, can't really be fixed. Try googling vertical lines, monitor see what comes up.
