It’s 60FPS you can literally set the refresh rate to 60. However it depends what you’re doing. If you’re gaming you can generally set the frame rate to lock to the displays refresh rate and if you have Free/GSync on the monitor it’ll make variable refresh a lot smoother with no need for Vsync

Should be. I have a 75Hz monitor and it’s fine
