[SOLVED] Monitor cables

i have a full HD 165Hz monitor and I was wondering a few things:
Is full HD 1080p or 1440p?
Does HDMI support 165Hz?
If not, does display or dvi?
My graphics card doesn’t have a display port (1060), so would a dvi work just as well or would I need a dvi to display adaptor?
Does an adaptor limit the refresh rate?

Full HD is 1080p yes, then QHD 1440p (Quad high definition).
