monitor can not find dvi/vga signal, and computer will not exit out of sleep mode.

So I got a Gigabyte GTX 750 ti, and i put it in, after that the monitor wouldn't find a signal with the DVI or the VGA cables. On top of that my PC will not exit out of Sleep/Standby mode and will not respond to keyboard or mouse actions. I have tried using onboard graphics, swapping cables, swapping monitors, resetting BIOS, unplugging for a minute, holding power for 30 seconds, checking for bad RAM sticks, nothing seems to work :'( all the fans and such still work fine, and it works as normal except for the monitor and PC's standby problem, please help!

wait i still have something in mind.
dude do u have an iron ( for clothes) if you want to revive your board till you have the money to buy a new one follow these steps
steps
1. remove all components from the board
2. place the board lying on its face
3. set the iron to full heat ( be careful )
4 place the iron on top of the back side of the board for 3-4 minutes dont worry this will not melt the board
motherboards circuitry are made from sumilite like glass melting point is very high
5 make sure that the flat iron will cover all the back part of the board evenly so giveit 3min for each section ( onlyu at the back ok)

( the logic of what were doing here is we are reflowing the solder points of the board)

ps you have to trust me...


okay do you have a spare motherboard that will support the cpu is that a 1150 or 1155 z77? in that way we can trouble shoot if the motherboard is the culprit and one more thing try to boot up using necessary components. imean
the motherboard, ram, and built in gpu only.. btw make sure that the 4 pin or the 8 pin power connectors are connected/seated properly. and try to reseat the 24-pin power connector to the motherboard unplug and replug properly. give me a heads up if it'll work okay

 
i tried unpluging everything from the PSU and plugging it back in, then tried taking out and re-inserting the lithium battery, but now it seems i have made it worse. it doesn't seem to even be entering standby mode anymore, no lights come on at all, although all of the fans still work properly.... i do not have a spare mobo to troubleshoot with, sorry.
 
dude can you un-mount all the parts from the case we are going to boot up your pc outside the case.
the ff are the parts that we need to boot up.

processor- btw what is the make and model of your processor? (please answer cause certain models dont have built in gpu)
ram
motherboard
psu
dvi or vga cord to monitor

take your time
 
ok now lets try to assemble it ouytside the case put the motherboard on top of a thick book that will accomodate its dimension to avoid stress or if you still have its box put it ontop of the box. then try 1 stick of ram. (take note use the built in gpu do not insert your gtx 750 yet) because we are trying to pin point the problem... then try to switch it on let me know wehat will happen
 


(take note be extremely careful with this part)
okay heres the tricky part now lets try to remove the cpu heatsink and unmount the processor from the motherboard
i want you to blow some air on the socket where the cpu is removed from if its dusty then re-mount the cpu in exact position when you remove it earlier ( you dont want to bend the pins so be careful bro) then re seat the cpu heatsink then lets see if itll work. let me know whatll happen

no problem dude.. but i suggest you try my advice about the iron method it'll blow your mind, itll give you more time to save for a better board or intel maybe..
