[SOLVED] Monitor cannot select high refresh rate

My Dell S3220DGF says it has the option of up to 165 Hz refresh rate, however when I try to change it my only options are 59 and 60 Hz. I'm using the DP cable that came with it.

I have an Asus GTX 770 GPU running on Windows 7. Drivers are all up to date. Thanks

Also note you probably will not get more than 120 Hz due to the 540 Mpx/s limit of the GTX 770.
