Question Monitor Color Coronas?

Hey guys i got a new monitor and noticed it had some kind of color artifacts or something

When i do faster movements everything gets blurry and the colors drawing trails only noticable on brightet areas

Monitor is Aoc g2590fx 144hz

I have tried

Update driver
New Dp cable
Many color profiles + almost every osd setting
Calibrated the Monitor
Tried old drivers

Other specs

Gtx 1050ti zotac
I5 9600k
2x8gb 2400mhz ram fury hyperx
Z370p d3 mb

Its disabled
When i try weak , medium or strong i get black ghosting and when i move it looks very bad

Current osd settings
Overdrive -off
Rgb 50/50/50
Brightness -80
Contrast - 50
Gamma mode 2
Low blue mode -off
Game mode -off
I have tried 100s of different options for days now but cant figure out what it is
