[SOLVED] Monitor compatibility question

I have a asus ve248 monitor currently.

I plan on buying a rtx 2070 super soon, im wondering if its compatible? Is my monitor too old? I cant find what version of hdmi it can support online.

And before someone cries about 2070 super being overkill for this monitor, I know. Im just upgrading the card before the monitor and want it to work until i get a new one.

hdmi versions are intercompatiable.

it will work with your gpu, as any gpu and any monitor that both have hdmi will.

I also just talked to an Nvidia representative through the nvidia support and they said the same thing,
