Monitor Connection Question

Hi,
I have a question about connecting my monitor to my case. My monitor is the ASUS MX239H, and it comes with many wires, and the manual says that connect the ones you need, Which wires do I need to connect? The wires are:
VGA cable
Audio cable
Power cord
Power adapter
Quick start guide
HDMI-to-DVI cable


PC:
Processor: Intel i5 4670k

Connect the power cord to the wall and to the power adapter.
Connect the power adapter to the monitor.
Connect the DVi/HDMI cable to a DVI port on your GPU (or if you do not have a GPU, the I/O ports) and the HDMI side to your monitor.

If you want the crappy sound from the speakers in the monitor, connect the audio cord from the Stereo Out on your PC's rear I/O ports to the audio connection on the monitor.

Ignore the VGA able.

Oh and the Quick Start Guide is NOT a cable.
