Question Monitor detects no signal if I turn on my PC first.

My specs:
1000w seasonic PSU
MSI 3080 Ventus
Ryzen 9 5900x
16GB 2666 Ram
1TB SSD
B450 Motherboard

So I have this problem and I found out that it is consistent with the order I do things. If I turned on my monitor first when I go to my PC, then I press the computer power button then everything works fine. But, if I turn on the computer first (monitor is off), then turn on the monitor, the monitor will say no signal detected. And I just have to press the restart button on my PC then it works. So the monitor has to be on before the pc to get signal? I think this is really stupid does anyone have a fix?

how exactly your monitor is off? in standby? just power button off? or unplugged from wall outlet?
and is it monitor or TV?
