So i added a new SSD to my PC but when i turned the PC on the display stays off with "No Signal". And then i started it again without the SSD plugged to motherboards and the display turned on just fine. So i'm wondering if my motherboard or PSU has anything to do with it.

Intel Core i5 3470
V-Gen 8GB DDR3 RAM
Gigabyte H61-DSV2
Zotac NVIDIA GTX 1060 3GB
Seagate Baracuda HDD 1TB
PSU Cooler Master 700W Silent Pro
with addition, an SSD V-Gen 240GB
