Question Monitor disconnecting during gameeplay

Hello, I've been having issues with a lot of games that have a bit of decent graphics. As soon as I load up into a game my monitor would go black then sometimes I'd hear my computer doing a loud noise, prob one of the fans but I wasn't able to know which one.

My Specs:
CPU - i7 9700F
GPU - GTX 1080
Ram - 16 GB DDR4
and my power supply is 500W

the psu is in the case itself, the case is called "Techno Zone" and its model is DX-500W
i've tried stress testing the gpu, the temp reached 80c with 97% usage but my monitor wouldn't dc at all and it was completely fine, i've also tried stress testing my cpu, it went to 90c but still, my monitor would still disconnect.
