so i got a second hand msi gtx 1080ti gaming x and a new monitor, before i got the gpu i had no problems but after installing the new one i randomly get black screens, my monitor disconnects from my gpu and once it starts happening it doesnt stop i get the display port signal on my screen. when i pull the display port cable and plug it back in it stops happening. last time it started to happen i pulled the cable and pluged it back in and it hasnt happend since for like a day its very random, and my card temps look fine around 65-70 degrees but when i touch the back plate or the back side of my gpu where the hdmi sockets and things are it feels very hot, i cant keep my finger on it.
