Question monitor display goes black after an hour of gaming

a system of ryzen 5600x , msi b550 pro vdh wifi motherboad, 600w corsair cx 600 psu , xpg ram 8x2 3200mhz , zotac1050 ti mini 4gb , and LG ultra gear 32'' 144hzmonitor . So whenever there's a gaming session around 1 hour the monitor goes black , and you can hear game sound but no matter what you press the display went black ,

• i've checked the cable both DP and hdmi the problem is on both cables ,
• i've checked the temps and all are under safe limits , cpu 70-72 and gpu doesn't go above 63 ,
• 
  
• so whenever display goes black , i have to CMOS reset in order to get display back .

So this is a kind of weird situation that what causing this problem ?cause if it's gpu then why does it let it run the games in first place ? one hour two hours even more sometimes , and even it's gpu then why do i have to reset the motherboard everytime to get the display?

IT only happens during gaming sessions

PS : i don't have any spare card to test , just a s*itty gt 210 but its of no use cause it can't run any game
