For the past few weeks I have been experiencing something strange with my monitor. Basically, it will sometimes go black briefly for about 3-5 seconds then come back on. I USUALLY experience this when I open up a game or maybe a video every now and then. I recently purchased a new monitor because it was happening with my old monitor but it hasn't fixed the issue so it's safe to say the monitor is fine (went from 60hz to quite a good 144hz monitor).
I also experience weird mouse issue where I feel like the mouse maybe isnt syncd with the display/resolution of the monitor. I don't really know how to explain it too well but it basically just has very inconsistent acceleration/decceleration.
I have also gotten a fairly new GPU along with the monitor so I can safely say the GPU is fine.
Has anyone ever experienced a similar sort of problem? Is there a chance electricity/voltage is an issue?

PSU: seasonic x-650 650w
prcessor: i7-7700
GPU: gtx 1070 ti asus strix
ram: 16gb corsair vengeance (2x8 2400mhz)
OS: windows 10
