Monitor does not have signal when GTX650 is installed

Hello everyone,

I've searched the internet for a while, but so far I have found no solution for the following issue:

When I place my GPU (This One) into my case, my monitor connects (The "Cable is not connected" message does not show), but it still receives No Signal.

Wether I put my blue DVI cable in the onboard slot or the slot on the side of the GPU itself, the issue remains.

I've checked the BIOS to see if there's a Graphics Adapter preference, but the only option like that is "Enable Onboard Graphics" which is enabled and grayed out. I do not have the ability to change it.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Very likely your power supply is not good enough to power the card, did you check what the card needs vs what your computer has?
