Question Monitor doesnt detect hd 7970 ghz ed

i connected it to monitor that only support vga with "vga to hdmi converter", and the monitor didnt detect
the other gpus are deteced except this one
but when i connected this hd 7970 to 1080p monitor with hdmi cable, it's detected
does this gpu not support any converter?

Is this an active adapter? A passive one almost always won't actually work.

active, because the othe gpus are detected and showed up

Can you link the exact converter used? And were all the other monitors also going in the same direction (these adapters are not two-way).
