Monitor Doesn't Display Anything, No Beep OR anything just blank screen.

hello everyone,

my problem is that at first my computer Detects "No Keyboard Detected" At Bios then after that my computer runs slow very slow... the ram usage is high that it became 95% ram usage when im opening applications like google chrome, also when i play "Cabal Online" the movements is in super slow motion and when i minimize applications its like lagging... then i tried to clean the ram and when i plugged it back the monitor doesn't open its just black, the motherboard led is running and color yellow, Fans are working... and i also tried browsing solutions here. but none can help me...

Intel i5 ( dont know which i5 but it is second generation)
Asus Motherboard P8H61-M LE
4 Gigabytes RAM (Kingston)
2 Gigabytes Video Card (Nvidia)

Im hoping for a fix which doesn't cost me anything... thank you in advance..

"cleaned the ram".
What was the process of doing this? You didn't like run it under water did you?

i already clean the ram... check the cables and also i didn't run it in water when cleaning... my guess is that my motherboard is dead... there's no sound when i open the CPU.. no "post beep" as they said.

i clean it by using an "eraser"...
