Question monitor doesn't get signal? New build

i am using
msi b350 gaming plus
ryzen 3 2200g

Not getting any display but everything turns on.
I tried onboard graphics and through gpu tried different cords and all everything spins lights up etc just getting no display. Nothing wrong with gpu or monitors as i just switched cpu and motherboards what could this be?

Yes it is ryzen 2000 ready and i meant b450m
the error that lights up on the board is the vga and it seems that no gpu is detected...?
I tried with the onboard igpu and my video card same thing...
Okay i read it wrong it's the dram that is the issue....?
