When I power my computer up it comes on and all the fans fire up and as far as I can see everything works internally. However, my monitor doesn't come on, the light just stays orange and doesn't turn blue to indicate it's on, then the manufacturer logo would follow and so on...
I've tried removing the graphics card and trying the use the integrated graphics on the motherboard - still no luck, the display doesn't come on.
When I plug the VGA cable into my graphics card or motherboard a small box saying 'No Signal' appears on my monitor's screen, but it goes away and nothing else happens.
I took some parts out of my PC to check them, specifically the PSU. When I took it out I noticed something was rattling around inside it...
I opened it up and found this:
