Monitor driver help

Does anyone know if i can run my old samsung 932BF as a second monitor as the drivers http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/LS19PEDSFV/EDC
only support win xp and vista and i am running on win 8

these drivers don't do much

they tell the OS that the max resolution is 1280x1024

have you tried installing them?

when i plug it into my windows 8 pc it does not work and when i plug it into my win 7 pc it does
