Question Monitor dying?

Is this a sign that my monitor is dying?

Specs are:
Amd Ryzen 3 3200G 4Cores 4.0Ghz
Gigabyte A320M S2H V2 B350 Chipset
Team 8GB 2666Mhz
Ramsta 512GB SSD
Palit GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5 StormX
Ions Gaming Chassis
Electron 700w PSU

Windows version 1903.

Philippines, yea it came from the case

I dont really know what to do, I already reinstalled the drivers, next thing ill do is buy a new monitor probably

Yeah and I think a PSU should be a high priority as well.

Ill try the monitor first, I've had it for about 4 years and I just got the PC last week ago.

does it show the same lines on your first time boot (POST screen) and/or Safe Mode? if it does then it is the display hardware issue.

you can try troubleshooting by borrowing a monitor from a friend, to be easily spot the culprit.

I haven't tried it in safe mode, however the screen and the lines showed hours later after it was booted, and the monitor flickers randomly while gaming/browsing. Sure I'll try borrowing from a friend first to isolate the problem.

Also, when the monitor did that, i could still hear sound.

Try to change the hdmi/vga/dvi cable first

Does the line moves/flickers if you "wiggle"/move the display connector? if it does it might be the connector that faults. If your VGA supports HDMI or DVI, you might switch between the two. Find a dongle (adapter) if your monitor only supports VGA.
