monitor enters power save mode

my monitor enters into the power save mode on startup.. bios screen does not come up...i removed ram, removed cmos battery, disconnect hdd dvd and removed the nvidia graphic card and powered it oon . the fans spin, mouse lights up, the green light on cabinet glows but thts abt it... the monitor still in power save mode. i checked the monitor with another pc it works fine. how do i get it to work...cant seems to figure out the issue.

Have you ever tried going into your monitor's settings? I used to have this problem with a Samsung display I used to have. .. I simply turned off all the power saving modes from inside the display and it worked.

i am unable to get inside the power saving modes as only the logo of the monitor comes and then it goes into power save mode

You pressed the menu button on the side of the monitor? It sounds like there's a problem with your monitor then.

its says no signal on vga port

i connected the monitor to different pc it works fine...so monitor or the cable is not the issue
