Monitor feeling bad in games

My monitor feels clunky in games, most of the times after scrolling/zooming(i mostly play wot) http://www.lg.com/uk/monitors/lg-23MP67VQ
My card is a r9 380.

What do you mean by clunky? Can you elaborate?
Also, can you tell us your full system specs?

It's like the smokes and explosions and things like that does not feel that smooth, I'm not feeling it's going smooth even tho I have over 110 fps constantly.
z170-k motherboard, asus strix 380 2gb, i5 6600k, 16 gb ram, hyper fury 120 gb ssd
Btw I have another problem, my fps in games are now down to under 40. These days I changed my card drivers using ddu aswell.
UPDATE: Some weird lines just showed up after I closed a game, not constantly, just when I'm alt+tabbing or in desktop. Windows bluescreen thing showed up and also I made a scan with advanced sys care and seems that it's fine atm.
