Question Monitor flicker blacks almost like brightness decreases rapidly.

Hi,
My old and new monitor randomly flickers blacks and its almost like brightness decreases rapidly where i can still see the contents displayed but everything goes dark.
Tried changed Display Ports and nothing. Updated Drivers nothing.
Any Ideas ?
