[SOLVED] Monitor flickering when wake up from sleep mode!!!

Hello to all these i have an issue with monitor my specs are:

OS:Windows 10 pro 64 bit
Motherboard:Gigabyte GA-G41-MT-S2
CPU:intel core 2 quad 9400 2.66ghz
Monitor:Lg 23EA53V-P
Gpu:gtx 750 1gb
PSU:Thermaltake tougpower 600 watt
Memory:Gskill 8gb ddr3

So my issue is that monitor flickers when wake from sleep mode and every time pc stays off for long time ,when power on again flickers...
Things that i try:Reinstall gpu drivers,swap cables dvi,hdmi,i notice that even with integrated graphic card make that flickering...
can be faulty monitor?

To rule out a faulty monitor, see if the monitor on a donor system with near similar specs is also exhibiting the flicker. You might also want to state the version for the GPU drivers used. Also make sure you're on the latest motherboard BIOS.

problem fixed was bad power supply of monitor ,change it and all ok.
