Monitor flickering while gaming

aoc e2228swn monitor with only vga port which connect to my gpu(asus gtx 1050ti 4gb) with vga to dport adapter. Ram 2x4 ddr3 , i5 2400 psu 500w. While playing games it starts flickering and gets worse it went blackout . Tried forza 3 apex and dota 2.... Faced the same problem..... What could be the problem? Happens only with playing games.

could you make a quick video with your phone and post it on YouTube or something of the like so we can look at what s going on?
also can you elaborate on your cpu, motherboards, ran, video card and power supply makes and models please.
