Monitor flickering with blue lines and yellowish display

My monitor display is yellowish. This happened all of a sudden, prior to which blue horizontal lines were visible on the display when the background is black. I updated the drivers but still didn't solve my problem. Also tried switching the cables and swapping the rams but still not working.

System Specs;
Intel core i5 2400
Intel DH67CL mother board
Onboard graphics Intel HD 2000
Ram 8GB
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

your mobo supports both hdmi and dvi. make sure you have also tried switching input, with or without adapter! what is your monitor?how long have you benn running with it?

Its a pretty old HP vp 15

Nothing is wrong with the monitor, it works fine without any problems when I connect it to another PC.

have you tried another input ? then it is your mobo input that is failing!

so does it mean that i will have to replace the motherboard

if you have tried different cables-inputs and since your monitor runs flawlessly when connected to other pc's then yes your mobos inputs (igp system) are failing! you dont need to change your mobo yet! you can try running through a dedicated gpu. disabling the igp may solve the problem!
