Question Monitor flickers whenever I launch a game ?

Whenever I launch any fullscreen game, my monitor flickers on and off until i either unfocus the game or close it. I really dont understand what the issue is. I attatched a video to show what is happening.

specs:

1070 Ti 8gb ram
Intel Core i7
16GB RAM

Hey there,

Please list full spec. Make and model of CPU/GPU/PSU/Mobo/Case/Fans.

Latest drivers installed/updated?

Try different cables in different ports.

Any noticeable damage to the GPU connectors. What about the pcie slot? Use compressed air and gift it a blast to get any gunk out.

temperature is normal according to everything. Not an overheating issue.

not a monitor issue. tested multiple different monitors
not a wire issue: tested many different wires.
