Well im bored with my small monitor 19.5 inch and i want a bigger one like 23-24inches...in the budget which is 100-150€ if you can find 1 good please tell me

The LG I mentioned is an IPS panel and better quality viewing.

Also, it is available to you locally and very close to your budget.
