Monitor for gaming / work

I'm trying to choose between these -
BenQ RL2755HM
BenQ RL2455HM
SAMSUNG S27D590P

If these are not the best then please feel free to suggest your own, these in particaular cought my eye because of design.

For what purpouse - mostly light gaming but can go into long sessions.
Web development.

My budget is about <300$ , this is just a temporary solution till i can afford a quality 4k monitor.
