Hi. I don't know to much about monitors, cause I have laptop for long time. But need something for gaming, work. What info I found in web best comfortable size is 24" and 1080p resolution at 60hz, I don't dont know that is good today. Also need something to save my tired eyes. Antiglare monitor, antiflicker technology, and etc., etc. maybe somebody knows better.
It's worth to buy used monitors? If yes, then what brand, model? It's worth to buy g sync monitor?
Thanks.

If you scroll down in the review about the dell monitor its flaws will be clear. I would go with the Samsung for better colour accuracy and less eye strain.

Thanks. Samsung looks nice, and fits my budget up to 150 - 200$. There is problem, that I don't have experience with curved screens.

Also I wanna ask there is big difference between Samsung C24F396FHU and Samsung C24F390FHU models?

Should I choose amd gpu only for amd free sync technology(well I prefer nvidia card, and somewhere read that nvidia gpus runs better with intel cpus).

Difference between C24F396FHU and C24F390FHU ... honestly I could not find any. Must be a facelift.

You can go with a Nvidia card. FreeSync works only form 48Hz it would not make a big difference. I do not know if intel processors and nvidia cards would run better. But for gaming nvidia cards often get better driver support.

For 1920x1080 I would recommend a used gtx 980 or a new 1060 6gb card.
