[SOLVED] Monitor for my 2060 super

So my current setup is a 3700x/2060super and im currently using a 27" 1080p 60hz monitor. So i figured it was time to get a new main monitor that's 144hz and use the old one as a secondary for discord/youtube etc, but im not sure what monitor to go for between a 24/27" 1080 or a 27" 1440p, i dont really plan on upgrading my graphics card for at least 2-3 years so i was just wondering what you guys might recommend. the main type of games i play are mmos/rpgs/rts/moba. thanks for any help/recommendations!

for 1440p, 27" is the smallest i would bother with.
any smaller than that and you wouldn't even notice the higher resolution much.

i would be leaning more towards a 32" 16:9 or a 34-5" 21:9.
ultra-wide, especially for the types of games you seem to enjoy, is much more immersive with the broader field of view.

with that GPU, you probably won't be getting the best performance.
on the newest most demanding games i would expect 60-70fps with a good mix of settings @ 1440p.
so 120Hz would be more than enough for the expected frame rates.
if you find a cheaper and\or higher quality 120Hz vs a 144Hz, don't let the 24Hz more bother you.
