Hi all,

I am looking to buy a new monitor for my set up, but I am really unsure of what I need to be looking for. I would like to have a 27 inches monitor if possible, with height adjustment (not necessary but a nice plus).

I would be using my pc to play and my MacBook pro to work. The main concern is gaming because I don't work all the time at home (once or twice a month) but having something with 2 HDMI ports is really what I am looking for, as I want to switch between them with ease.

The GPU of my pc is an AMD Radeon R9 380. I understand by reading online that 1440p might be too much game with (I mostly play league of legends and Vindictus) so I can consider smaller monitors with lower resolution (was looking for 2560 x 1440, but a 1920 x 1080 will do if it is good).

My budget would be around 250£.

Thank you in advance!

Hey I gave it a quick lookup on amazon and this monitor look good in my opinion. It has double hdmi ports, 144hz refresh rate, 1 ms response time and freesync if you are into that. There seems to be a flat 1440p version as well but they are out of stock on amazon. Though they do have the curved 1440p version in stock, if you like that.

Sorry, I can't seem to go to the product page straight away.

Huh weird I did try it before posting it and it seemed to work, but now it redirects to amazon.it for some reason anyway ill try again. Just in case, if it does the same thing again the name of the product is "AOC 27G2 27"" for the flat 1080p version. "AOC CQ27G1 27"1 for the 1440p and "AOC C27G1 27"" for the 1080p curved versions
