Question monitor freezing then cutting out and blue screen

Hi,

PC freezes when gaming, just started randomly, monitor flickers on and off by can still hear sound for a few seconds after. Then the screens go black then everything comes back and repeats this until I turn my pc off and on again

any ideas?

CPU: i7-8700k w/ Corsair H115i AIO liquid cooler
GPU: Aorus RX 580
MOBO: Aorus Gaming 7
RAM: Corsair Dominator DDR4 16GB (2x8) 3000mhz, 16GB (2x8) 3200mhz
PSU: Thermaltake Smart RGB 700 Watt 80+
FANS: 4x120mm(2 in, 1 out)
SSD: 2 SSD 120gb, 250gb
HDD: 2TB Seagate

After restarting my pc froze again playing csgo and then got a blue screen, which was slightly off centre and also had a ghost fading if you get what I mean

My temperatures are all correct, everything’s up to date. The PSU is brand new,
