Monitor freezing up

Hello all, im looking for a little help, im pulling my hair out, I built a pc and i have a 4 monitor system, three 24 inch asus monitors VX248H connected to a gtx960 card (one hdmi, two dp's), i also have a 20 inch vga asus VS207 i originally had connected to the dvi port. I have the surround set up for the 3 24 inch monitors , but when i try to run a race on the 3 monitors and set obs up on the small monitor the small monitor locks up until i shut the race down then it works again. I went as far as moving the small monitor to the motherboard but still the same issue. The pc is a new build and have all the latest drivers, do i need another graphics card? Im quite lost at this point , heres the specs:

if anyone can lend some assistance, I got iracing involved and no dice, not sure if I should purchase a second ard, mobo, monitor or what the heck at this point.

im a newbie to building pcs and all the ins and outs as well

As far as I'm concerned. People that stream with OBS don't play with multi monitors, they use it for something else. Have you asked the OBS support team, whether or not this is supposed to happen?

the weird thing is its not just obs, when I am running the iracing I cant not open anything on the vga monitor its completely locked, until I shut the iracing down.

That is not supposed to happen. Can you try a different game, and see if the problem goes away?

I have not tried that, I assume I can try, I was wondering if I need a bigger processor or maybe have to change the vga monitor.
