Monitor "ghosting" problem

Hey,

I've got an old problem with my monitor. It's an LG E2211, connected with D-SUB with DVI-VGA adapter. It's ghosting on dark areas or vibrating like here behind.

What can cause this?

I'm guessing dying monitor. You aren't the only one to have this issue.

He described it the same way your picture shows. I'm guessing its time for a new monitor.
