[SOLVED] Monitor glitches out when using resolutions on CRU

I'm trying to use CRU (Custom Resolution Utility) to make my monitor have stretch res on games like CSGO but everytime I play on stretch res on it looks like this

What GPU?
I mean, from what I know both AMD or NVidia have option like Aspect Ratio or so. Sorry but I forget the options.
Anyway this option will got you to choose whether it's stretch to full screen or native ratio which give you black frame and smaller screen size.
