Monitor goes black for 1-5 seconds often

My monitor is flashing really often, sometimes I have not problem for whole day some times I have it literally every second, I installed newest drivers, I tried even with older drivers but It can not help, I bought a new vga cable but its not problem too, I think its something about monitor or graphic card
