First of all, English is not my first language, apologies in advance. I'm not familiar with the words in this field but I'll try to explain as clearly as I possibly can.

I brought computer components to assemble my computer by myself 2-3 weeks ago. At first, I went checking the graphics card I needed (PWC R9 280) and it was out of stock. So at that time, I didn't buy monitor and graphics card. I use my TV with HDMI as substitute for a week. After that, I changed my mind and went for GTX960 instead. I brought that card along with BenQ GL2460. The problem is that my monitor usually black out for around 3 seconds. I contacted the shop where I brought my things. They asked me to bring the product to the shop so that they could looking for the cause of the problem. But even using the same configuration as my place at the shop, the problem didn't occur at all. I was confused for a while. And one day, I noticed that at the exact same time the screen black out, there's always a "click" sound out of my air conditioner. Then I figured out it might be the problem from my place's electricity system. I tested it for a week and found out that the blackout happens only if at least one of my air conditioner is turning on. I asking people around and one of my friend suggested that using UPS should eliminate the problem. Fearing that my PC components would be damaged, I brought a UPS yesterday. However, the UPS doens't help at all. I also contacted the UPS seller earlier today. They never found such problem before and they'll contact the distributor and call me back later. But I'm quite nervous right now. Although I'm not comfortable using English, I decided to asking here for help.

Thank you.

What is your PSU brand and power?

Maybe you could have a problem that your PSU is barely enought for the system, when the AC start they have a lot power comsuption (usually at least the double of the power requirements) that could lower the wattage available to the PSU (althought it seems that not enought to trigger the UPS) that makes if your PSU have small capacitors to dont be able to power the GPU, making it going black this it restarted.

Also happend in low power GPU states like browsing or only in high-power like gamming?

Yes, both are plugged into UPS.

1. The PSU I'm using is Seasonic S12G 550W
2. It happens in every states , idle, browsing and gaming.

The PSU is decent enough to hold the hardware that your using. But it could be faulty. Check the 12V power rail connections to the GPU. Also try reinstalling the card on the slot and check if it is properly seated in.

Done that. It still happens.

You said that you have this problem when your switching on your AC. Well try with them switched off, if it still happens then it could be a PSU problem and if not, then there is a serious issue with the electricity at your place, maybe the Voltage your receiving at your end isn't sufficient enough for the load (2 ACs + System + other home appliances).

Your AC installation is faulty, causing electrical disturbance to the house grid, or well the group that its on.
Try to use a different fuse group in the house, just running an extension cord somewhere and see if problem persists.

In most of europe installations are CE approved and thus do not cause disturbances to other equipment, however large electrical engines such as AC and refridgerator/freezer's can either fail or just plain be so old that they draw a lot of power at an offset rate (IE only the plus side of alternating current) At any rate disturbances like that will slowly kill electronics and could well be a fire hazard.
