Question Monitor goes black for a second when gaming/watching in hd

Whenever I do something GPU intensive, my monitor turn black for a few seconds.

This has been happening for a while now and I've switched monitors and gpu/wires since, but it still happens.

The same monitor is used for my PS4 and the black screen occurrence is much less.

Could it be PSU related?

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

Might not be the exact PSU but "Cooler Master Silent Pro 600 W " is whats written from what I can see of the PSU
