Monitor goes off when playing video games

hi there!so here's the thing i just got a new vga card which is a evga gtx 560 ti sc.And after installing it i have this issue my monitor goes off but my pc is still running.And by the way i have 650 w psu and it's REALLY CHEAP ONE I BOUGHT..and i got a core 2 quad q8200 processor.
