Monitor goes to sleep mode every 10 minutes if it's inactive

So as the title says, my monitor goes to sleep every 10 minutes when I'm not touching the mouse or keyboard, it even goes to sleep after 10 minutes if I watch a video or movie. Screen saver is off, power options are set on high performance and "turn off the display" is set to "never", also in advanced power options in the multimedia settings I set prevent idling to sleep. I'm on Windows 10 and this started to happen about one week ago. How can I fix this? It is annoying, I cannot watch movies, I need to touch my mouse or keyboard every 10 minutes just to wake the monitor. I have this PC for over 6 years already, but I was like upgrading it to a GTX750Ti and new PSU two months ago.
EDIT: It happens when I watch videos on every app, BS Player, VLC, KM Player, WMP, even when watching YouTube videos. And "the monitor goes to sleep, not the PC". Here a picture 😛 https://ibb.co/jRf8WF

It sounds as if there is a 3rd party at work here. Did you buy a retail PC? I'd check its bloatware aka utilities to see if it is causing this issue.

For those that can't find the cause you can change your advanced power option.

Scroll down to sleep and change it to like 200,000 minutes. It will never sleep as long as you shut it down every 200,000 minutes or about 20 weeks.
