monitor gpu questions

sirs i have a gtx 960 4gb and im planning to buy rog swift pg248q,my games are co2,nba 2k18,bf1,rb6 siege,dota2,csgo ..whats your thoughts pls share(buying stronger gpu is not an option for a while)? can i utilize the 144hz with games ill be playing?

with the 960 and its mediocre specs, I would stay 60 hertz. On some games you may be able to push 144fps but not all, you can try lowest settings
