Monitor Graphics Switched

Well, I don't really know how to explain this, but, when I booted up my computer, my second monitor turned into my first, and my graphics cards switched around. My Radeon RX 460 is suppose to be on my Viewsonic VX2758-C-MH while my Samsung S24D300 is suppose to have Intel(R) HD Graphics 530. The Viewsonic is the monitor I use for gaming managing 144Hz, but now it says its max is 120Hz. I just tried to play csgo, I manage 9 fps compared to my usual 100.

I was an idiot, I accidently plugged my good monitor into the wrong HDMI port. Sorry
