EDIT: A friend realized that my new monitor is a 75hz monitor. Something I honestly hadn't even noticed when ordering it (I mixed it up with a 60hz monitor i was also considering). Simply changing my refresh rate down to 60hz (shows as 59hz) seems to have solved this issue. I'm not sure if this is something I should be concerned with still or not, so I'll leave this up just in case anyone may be able to shed some light as to why this would cause the issue I'm having. (My other 2 monitors are 60Hz as well, if that matters)

Original Post:
I recently purchased a new monitor and I've been experiencing this issue since. I ordered the monitor and a displayport cable together, and initially figured it would have been a cable issue. I had it replaced with another and it continues to happen, so the cable would seem to not be the issue.

The issue in question: https://puu.sh/Dr3SN/eb13dee09c.png

As well as a short video:
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vM_4PqAisKU

This happens when launching nearly any video game, or closing it, but it never seems to occur otherwise. I can watch HD video and start up other programs such as photoshop, browsers, etc. without issue.

I had been running 2 21" 1080p monitors previously, since ordering this I'm now running those + my new 1440p monitor: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CG41Y8Z/

I'm wondering if this is an issue with the monitor itself, and I should RMA it, or if it could be caused by my GPU or something else. I have tested the other displayports on my GPU as well. My other two monitors do not get the lines shown in the image/video, its only the new monitor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm assuming its a monitor issue and I'll have to RMA it but figured I'd ask some others before just in case i can save myself the hassle.

My setup otherwise:

CASE: NZXT PHAN-001BK
MOBO: MSI Z390-A PRO LGA1151
PSU: Corsair HX750W
SSD: Corsair MX500 1TB
Media HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM
CPU: Intel Core i5-9600K
GPU: EVGA Nvidia GTX980
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz
COOLING: Cooler Master Hyper212 Plus

I know your issue has been fixed, so sorry for Bump. I have also the same AOC 32" Monitor, only without Freesync. I noticed also i get some screen flickering everytime i turn my PC on and the display is set to 75hz, it "fixes" itself after 4-5 minutes turned on, what is very interesting. An LED Monitor acting like an CRT o_O. Setting it back to 60Hz fixed the flickering for me also, so big big THANKS for that.
