Monitor has no signal on boot

So, I recently upgraded my system, replacing the motherboard to the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3, the PSU the Rosewill 650W ARC 650, and the cpu to the AMD 6-core FX-6300 3.5G. I also have the GTX 660 gpu, but I already had that prior to upgrading. I'm almost 100% sure that everything is plugged in correctly, but when I try to boot it, nothing gets to my monitor and it says "No Signal". I've tried it with another monitor as well, and still the same thing happens.

Do you have integrated graphics? If so, remove the graphics card and try using the integrated graphics and see if that works.

Removed the GPU and there was no change in the situation.
