Monitor has some lines on it

As in the title,my monitor has some weird vertical lines on it
No specific color(red,pink,gray,black,blue,white)
It is In a small area,also I used it on a glass desk and it broke,so my monitor fell of it.No damage presented in the exterior,only those lines appear.

I have it since 11st of April and this thing already happened to me.....

I suspect interior damage in the monitor.

Try the monitor on another computer or two to determine if the problem stays with the monitor or is unique to the current computer.

And do take a closer look at the monitor: small cracks, wider gaps, ports and other openings offset not aligned with the outer case.

There may not be any outer scratches , dents, or "broken" cracks per se.

Just means that the kinetic energy from the fall went elsewhere....

Try some gentle pressure or even flexing or twisting the monitor. Watch if the vertical lines disappear or move.

If lucky, perhaps some interior component or connection was just knocked loose. May or may not be repairable.

As a last resort unplug the power and take a look inside. Could be a tricky process in itself and also void any warranty you may have. Get help from a knowledgeable person if necessary.

[Note: Unlikely that a fall is covered unless you purchased some sort of accidental damage coverage within the warranty.]
